was a very entertaining game. I’m concerned about Chabot tho, despite the minutes played, I feel his offensive game is not improving.

Did you see anything about The 67s trying to get Pinto to play in Ottawa, but him opting to stay in College for this year, and perhaps the next?

Yeah, saw some chatter about that on Twitter. I've got it in the queue as a blog topic for the off days between Montreal and Chicago.

He's just trying to win a championship at UND.

Pinto immediately loses his college eligibility if he sign a playing contract with either the 67's or Sens (perhaps play in Belleville).

Read one rumour report that Sens wanted Thomson, JBD and Pinto to finish the season with Belleville.

I cannot imagine any announcement being made or discussed until after a few days after North Dakota plays their final tournament game.

From an Ottawa fan perspective, the 67's might be most fun. From a development perspective, Belleville probably makes the most sense. But, I am not sure. A long run in the OHL to a Memorial Cup final against Lafreniere might be off the chart spectacular for Ottawa fans.

Always disappointing to lose to the Habs - tank be damned.

Duclair has cooled off big time. Good on Dorion for not rushing into a multi-year deal. Let him play out the year and then sign him to a 2 year deal.

Hogberg has impressed as a goalie who is solid and doesn't let in soft goals. I am feeling comfortable with the idea of a Nilsson - Hogberg tandem next year.

Yep hogberg is looking good. I do worry about all these losses though. Concerned with building a losing mentality. It has a way of seeping deep into a organization if it becomes normal.

I'm cool with Thomson, BernardDocker, and Pinto playing in Belleville starting Sept 2020

Watched Leafs Panthers tonight.

First time I have watched a Leaf game this year.

They don't have the quality of goaltending or defence that would allow them to go deep in the playoffs
